My bittersweet birthday. 90% bitter, 10% sweet
Today’s my 15th birthday and instead of celebrating ‘round the clock and not minding anything for these 24 hours, here I am freaking out.
It took me until today to realize the gravity of Ondoy. I knew it was bad (and I thought it got better yesterday, which it didn’t) - I’d seen the pictures but it wasn’t until I’d heard of my classmates, friends and teachers...
What a weekend.
Being a FINALIST for the Philippine Blog Awards, Ondoy coming and throwing the entire Luzon into utter chaos, my birthday tomorrow and this gigantic zit on my nose.
I found out about the Philippine Blog Awards last Thursday, I believe and even up ‘till now I can’t believe it - I actually have a shot at winning this thing and it’s not just ‘for fun’ anymore....

I'm depressed. Again.
The Palanca awards mean my future to me which indirectly means it’s my life. Winning that will give me a bigger shot at college which is like 1 1/2 years away.
The awards ceremony is tonight. I’m at home.
